A New Home for a New Chapter
This project was designed for clients ready to downsize and embrace a new way of living. It gave them the freedom to travel around Australia and the world without worrying about what they’d left behind.
They came to us on the Gold Coast looking for a low-maintenance home that didn’t compromise on quality or comfort. When it comes to low maintenance, there’s nothing better than building new. A brand-new home meant no ageing systems to worry about, no deferred repairs, and no surprises. Just a place they could lock up and leave with total peace of mind.
The result is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home featuring a dedicated cinema room and an open-plan living area that connects seamlessly with the outdoors, perfect for relaxed everyday living and effortless entertaining.
As a Gold Coast builder, ConstruArt Construction specialises in creating homes that suit real lifestyles, ready whenever our clients are for their next adventure.
