The project is a complete house renovation (inside and outside) in the Mudgeeraba Hinterland, featuring major changes to the interior of the home. This includes the removal of walls in the kitchen to create an open space integrated with the living area, the removal of a structural column in the walkway, the integration of the main bathroom with the laundry, and a full renovation of the ensuite. It also involves replacing the existing cladding with Axon cladding, rebuilding the external staircase, and replacing the existing verandah roof, columns, and beams to create a more open, modern-looking space. Additionally, the project includes the refurbishment of the existing decking, updating the timber balustrade to a glass balustrade, and replacing the windows and double sliding doors with a triple slider to create a bigger open space that seamlessly integrates the living room with the outdoors. Inside, a new modern walnut kitchen with a stone benchtop was installed, alongside new engineered flooring throughout the whole house and a custom timber slat feature wall, update of the whole electrical of the house including solar system with batteries.
