General review & preliminary agreement

Once you decide to move forward with ConstruArt, and after gaining a clear understanding of your unique needs, we can tailor a preliminary building agreement proposal to align with your specific situation. If you don’t have your own plans, we will engage our architects to initiate the home design process. For those with existing plans, we will commence the quoting process, ensuring that every requested detail, as illustrated on the plans, is comprehensively included. Throughout every step, we will work closely with you to ensure that your vision aligns seamlessly with your budget.

Second meeting

A subsequent meeting will be necessary to carefully review your plans, documentation, and finishes, allowing us to meticulously compile a comprehensive quotation.

Final documentation

Upon your satisfaction with the plans and acceptance of our detailed quotation, we will provide final documentation. This encompasses a comprehensive specification and a fixed-price residential building contract. At this stage, you will be required to sign the contract and make a 5% deposit payment..

Construction begins

After obtaining all necessary approvals and finalizing details, we can commence the construction of your unique custom home. The software provides a complete overview of your project schedule, allowing you to monitor progress through daily photo updates and weekly progress reports. The handover

Maintenance Period
